L 204 / P 81 / H 51-90 cm
Always considered as a point of reference among the specialist and ward stretchers, the BS Series confirms the practicality of use, robustness and excellent manoeuvrability which makes it unique in its sector.
Functionality of the controls and safety of movements, make this product the flagship of GIVAS, always careful in making the operator's work tools safe and intuitive to use. The specialist stretcher concept implies the responsibility of designing a complete system of functions capable of responding to the multiple critical situations that may arise in the hospital environment. The particular design of the lying surfaces in radiotransparent plastic laminate allows for a useful intervention area of approximately 190x65 cm, allowing the use of image intensifiers in the backrest section. Meshes for mattress bases in galvanized steel rod that can be removed by means of detachable PVC supports fixed to the perimeter of the base. The complete radiolucency of the backrest is guaranteed by the support surface in plastic laminate Self-supporting HPL 10 mm thick, which allows the use of the intensifier of brilliance in a useful area of about 61x51 cm. The supporting structure in thick tubular steel makes it resistant and stable in use, adapting very well to the various body sizes of patients. Four large wheels of Ø 200 mm make the structure manageable and easy to move, all in favor of timely intervention. Furthermore, the inclusion of the 5th wheel makes each movement more precise, facilitating directionability even in confined spaces or in corridors with critical angles. The possibility to choose between the various configurations with 2 or 4 sections, with or without Trendelenburg, with variable height, make the new BS Series a complete stretcher for any need of use. Safety in the operational phase is nowadays of fundamental importance and GIVAS wanted to go further, creating rails capable of ensuring maximum practicality in use combined with maximum safety of protection for the patient in the containment phase. The hinged rails therefore allow to protect the patient from the danger of falling with practically total coverage except for the feet. |
